Care Compass Japan is an independent English-language guide. We help foreign visitors, residents and people planning medical travel understand care in Japan and find registered agencies.
How listings work
Listings are drawn from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) medical-stay guarantor registers. We include agencies with a matching website, a relevant service and a contact path, checked on the date shown. Listing is free. There are no paid placements.
Update or verify your listing
Confirm or add your languages, services, regions, contact path and a short English description. After we check your response, confirmed details can be labelled “Verified by agency” with the date. A listing does not imply endorsement.
Working together (pilot)
We are starting a small number of pilots with agencies that want to reach English-speaking patients. A pilot can include an English landing page for your services, related guides, an inquiry route with the person’s consent, and a simple monthly report. Contact us for details.
Our standards
The site operator reviews each inquiry. We pass details to an agency only after the person agrees separately. We do not sell personal data, and any commercial relationship is clearly labelled.
