This notice covers the question and agency contact forms on Care Compass Japan.

What we collect and why

The question form collects your situation, topic, reply language, email and short description. You can also provide your name and location. The partner form collects your agency name, contact person, email, interest and any optional website or message. We use these details to read and answer your inquiry.

Who reads your message

The site operator receives and reviews inquiries. Messages are delivered to the operator’s configured email inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not automatically forward inquiries to agencies. Details are shared with an agency only with your separate consent. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you ask for deletion sooner or we need to keep them to meet a legal obligation.

Website measurement

Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless, aggregated website measurement in production. Form answers, email addresses and message content are never sent as analytics events. The optional “Privacy & local counts” control keeps counts only in your current browser tab. It is separate from Vercel’s aggregate measurement.

Please keep sensitive details out

Please do not send medical records, test results, detailed diagnoses, identity documents or payment details. The forms are for practical navigation and agency questions, not medical care.

Access or deletion requests

Ask to access or delete an inquiry using the same email address you used to contact us. You can use our question form.
