Care Compass Japan

OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH

Trust comes from showing our work.

Where information comes from, how it is checked, and how commercial relationships are disclosed.

OUR PROMISE

Useful information.
Visible limits.

Source checking and clinical review serve different purposes. We make the review scope clear.

01

Begin with the source

We prioritize Japanese official sources for Japanese rules, and medical guidelines or peer-reviewed evidence for clinical claims. An institution’s own website supports attributed statements about that institution.

English summaries do not replace original Japanese documents. Unknown requirements and dates stay unknown.

02

Make review visible

Articles identify their sources, source-check date and review scope. Source checking is not clinical review. Clinical claims require an appropriately qualified human reviewer.

Medical writing also needs relevant images with clear usage rights, credit and accessible descriptions. An image is not proof of a treatment result.

03

Keep information current

We record review deadlines and source changes. Unpublished pages and overdue reviews are withheld. Corrections are recorded in version history; a source check does not reset a human medical-review date.

04

Disclose commercial relationships

No paid placements are active. Future paid listings or articles must be labeled “Sponsored” beside the placement. Payment does not establish verification, clinical quality or an editorial conclusion.

Agency listings reflect publicly observed website evidence. They are not endorsements, ratings or guarantees of current availability.
